2020 Workforce Survey Results
NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association unveiled the results of the Association’s 2020 Employer Workforce Survey.
The comprehensive survey was conducted during the summer of 2020 as a critical component of NATE’s Workforce Development Strategic Plan. The survey enabled the Association to collect updated and quantifiable workforce data, projections, and trends from a large pool of contractor member companies. The survey results also validated the critical shortages and need for skilled workers in the telecom industry.
