It offers a range of features to enhance job placement opportunities for tower technicians and other telecom trade professionals.
Some of the features of TelecomJobsConnect.com include:
- Connects job applicants to NATE member companies.
- Easy to use for both the employer and applicant.
- Job applicants can search the portal by state, region, and position.
- Employers can link job postings on the portal to their company’s respective website homepage and job opportunities page.
- The portal is accessible via the website domain, NATE website, NATE Member Portal, or through the NATE App.
- When job applicants register on the site, NATE member companies can search and view candidate profiles.
Note: NATE member companies must add their company information to begin the job posting process on TelecomJobsConnect.com. Follow these steps to get started:
- Log in to the portal at TelecomJobsConnect.com.
- From the “For Employers” dropdown menu, select “Manage Jobs”.
- Enter your NATE Member ID.
- On the left-hand menu, click “Add Company”.
- Once your company is added, click on “My Profile” in the left-hand menu
- Enter your profile information and click Save Changes.
