Cellular Tower companies operate in a capital intensive and thin margin environment. Efficiency translates to cost savings and, perhaps more importantly, more rapid turnaround of Purchase Orders, including the need for images with close out packages.
Tower owners, climbers and drone operators looking to enter tower inspection business need to understand the challenges of flying near critical infrastructure, in complex electromagnetic environments and the implications of doing it consistently.
The course is a minimum of 3 days of training, ½ day of classroom hours and ½ day of field flight training hours with 2 practical exams and 1 written exam according to FAA.
