Dennis Wallace has an extensive entrepreneurial background and has owned, operated, and sold multiple businesses over the last 30 years. Mr. Wallace’s businesses have included consulting engineering firms, broadcast radio and television stations, an on-line services company, rental real estate, technical equipment installation and field services, as well as providing consulting services to various industries.
Mr. Wallace has served as a court-appointed receiver for creditors on civil litigation and financial restructuring matters, a consultant and expert witness in insurance subrogation matters, an advisor on federal regulatory compliance matters, and has served as an expert witness in patent litigation
matters. Further, Mr. Wallace has spent more than 30 years representing clients before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on technical matters.
This experience enables Dennis to bring a unique perspective and experience to business brokerage and mergers and acquisition transactions (M&A). His knowledge of financial, regulatory, and operational matters brings his clients valuable experience for each transaction. Dennis works with business owners and clients to achieve the maximum value for their businesses while maintaining confidentiality. He takes pride in serving them in an efficient and professional manner as he minimizes the stress and uncertainties involved in all transactions.
Mr. Wallace is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) as well as a member of M&A Source. He is a licensed Nevada Real Estate Salesperson and holds a Nevada Business Broker Permit. He is a Certified Broadcast Television Engineer by the Society of Broadcast Engineers. He is also
a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Broadcast Technology Society, Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), an Associate member of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA), an Associates Member of the Association of Communications Consulting Engineers (AFCCE) and is active on the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC).
In addition, Dennis has received two Technical Emmy© Plaques for his work on the development of Digital Television at the Advanced Television Test Center and for work at the ATSC, as well as the prestigious Matti S. Siukola award by the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society.
