Mark began his career as an apprentice up through journeyman to master electrician with IBEW 1971 through 1991. From there he moved on as a construction manager for cellular telephone contractors from 1992 through 1999.

Mark owned and operated Precision Communication Services, Inc. a full-service construction and management contractor, from 2000 through 2012. He is a licensed General Contractor (Arizona) since 2000, (California) 2006-2012 and New Mexico since 2013.

He came to Engineering Wireless Services, LLC (EWS) in 2012 bringing 45 years electrical experience and 20 years experience in the communication industry. At EWS, he established a construction team to complement the existing services provided by EWS. There, he wrote and established the safety manual and culture along with safety and rescue training for tower climbers with EWS. He has worked to establish construction and safety standards to place EWS on a par with the best construction contractors in the industry.
