With more than 17 years of industry experience, James has worked in all facets of the tower business and is fluent in all aspects of telecom, broadcast, and civil construction. Starting his career as an entry-level tower climber, James worked his way up through the ranks and has operated in nearly every role, including but not limited to, Field Foreman, Field Operations Manager, Safety Director, Modifications Project Manager and Director of Client Services.
When he’s not at work, James serves on several non-profit boards, is the Grand Marshal for his local Scottish Highland Games, and enjoys being outdoors with Doc, his pup that’s been part of the tower industry longer than him (in dog years).
James Blaylock is the State Liaison for North Carolina.
