George Kerstetter is a Product Specialist at B & B Supply Inc., a Mountainland Supply Company. He has over 25 years of construction and management experience in the telecommunications infrastructure industry and holds two United States Patents for safety products. George has also shared his expertise through numerous published articles on safety and its relevance to the telecommunications field. He sits on several NATE committees such as the Small Cell and DAS Committee, SEMC, Climber Connection, OSHA Edit Task Group and Military Member Committees.

George recently moved to Utah and in his current role oversees the deployment of fiber across rural Utah and Nevada. He has helped develop outlines and course material for several NATE Susan G. Harwood Grants. He has published several articles on the topic of safety and how it relates to the industry. He developed the curriculum and produced a line of safety videos for the Verizon Wireless Small Cell training program. George’s professional journey began as a telecommunications lineman.

Alongside his commitment to safety, George has demonstrated his courage and dedication as a former volunteer NYS EMT, Rescue Diver, HAZMAT Group Supervisor, Safety Officer, and HAZMAT Specialist. George’s experience in emergency management has taken him to the frontlines of various natural and man-made disasters over two decades, providing him with a unique perspective that helps him adapt easily.

Recently George has published a couple of children’s books focusing on the broadband and tower industries.
