Clement Rolle retired from Bahamas Telecomm Co. Ltd. (BTC) where he joined in September of 1977 in the tower and antenna section. He trained in all facets of towers/antennas and worked through the ranks building towers and antennas and installing transmission lines throughout the Bahamas.

Presently, Clement serves on the NATE Workforce Committee and was Senior Manager at Bahamas Telecomm Co. Ltd.
