Brian is currently the Safety & Training Manager for Tower Systems, Inc. Beginning as a Tower Technician, Brian spent years in the field working across the country on projects ranging from cellular work to government network installations and maintenance, structural modifications and new site builds involving crane, helicopter, and gin pole applications. Brian later transitioned to work in the office within the Operations Department where he learned the administrative, logistical, and operational side of the industry. Eventually, this led Brian to transition into serving as the Safety Manager for the company and now manages all employee training as well. Brian works to maintain the company’s contractor compliance through various platforms, conducts safety audits throughout the country. He also oversees the company’s health and safety initiatives to not just maintain compliance with legal obligations to its employees, but to ensure that Tower Systems, Inc. is setting a standard for the industry to follow.

Brian has served as an NWSA Practical Examiner, a CITCA instructor for climbing, rescue and rigging, as well as serving on the safety advisory board for the CSIL captive. He is also working toward completing his bachelor’s degree in safety management as well as his CSP certification. Brian is also a veteran of the United Sates Marine Corps, where he served for 13 years and completed multiple combat deployments in both Afghanistan and Iraq.
