NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association and OneVizion, Inc. are thrilled to announce an exciting update to CertTrac, a pivotal tool that has transformed the way NATE’s member companies manage safety compliance and certifications.

What’s New in CertTrac 2.0?
- Advanced Automation and Role-Based Checks: The latest update introduces an advanced automation feature that intelligently matches worker’s certifications to their assigned roles, accompanied by an intuitive indicator for certification status per role, simplifying the management of workforce certifications.
- Inline Certification Preview: Say goodbye to the cumbersome task of sifting through multiple document files. The new inline preview feature enables quick access to certification details with just a click.
- New Member Action Center: A centralized hub designed to streamline all actions and alerts, ensuring members are always informed about certification status and risk management.
- Interactive Crew Certification Dashboard: The newly designed dashboard offers a comprehensive view of crew certifications through bar charts and interactive tools, providing clarity at a glance.
- Member Journaling Feature: Inspired by the successful VendorVizion platform, this new feature allows for effortless note-taking and tracking of critical information.
- Enhanced User Interface and Reporting: With an improved user interface and reporting capabilities, navigating CertTrac and generating reports is now more efficient than ever.
A Few Items to Note:
- CertTrac 2.0 is scheduled to go live on Monday, March 25, 2024. Log-in information for the updated system will be sent out at that time to All NATE Members.
- If you are utilizing the current version of CertTrac all your existing data will be imported to the updated system.
- CertTrac will be unavailable from Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 5:00 PM CDT until Monday, March 25, 2024, at 8:00 AM as existing records moved to the updated system.
- On Monday, March 25, 2024 to access CertTrac 2.0 utilize this LINK which will lead you to the landing page that contains both written and video tutorials on the updates. If you currently have the URL bookmarked, you will need to update your bookmark to the new URL.
