Posted on: September 7, 2023 Category: NATE News

NATE Members Casey Banner, Aaron Paulette, and MJ Scott Selected to Serve as Small Entity Representatives on Upcoming Small Business Advocacy Review Video Conferences

OSHA is in the process of developing a potential standard, Heat Injury and Illness Prevention in Outdoor and Indoor Work Settings. OSHA plans to regulate workplace exposure to hazardous heat, and the standard could cover outdoor and indoor work in any/all General Industry, Construction, Maritime, and Agriculture sectors where OSHA has jurisdiction.

Casey Banner (Banner Enterprises), Aaron Paulette (Elevated Services LLC) and MJ Scott (Texoma Contracting Inc.) have been selected as small entity representatives (SERs) to represent NATE and the telecommunications industry on the upcoming Small Business Advocacy Review (SBAR) videoconference panels.

All videoconferences will take place during the month of September and be open to the public, but only SERs and SBAR Panel members can participate in the discussions. Sessions may be viewed/listened to by interested NATE member companies via the Webex meeting links or telephone information below:
