NATE Releases “Drone Mappings in the Telecommunications Industry” Whitepaper

Whitepaper Examines Testing Data from 2022 NATE UAS Expo Event

(Washington, D.C.) – NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association today released a “Drone Mappings in the Telecommunications Industry” Whitepaper.

Nate Drone MappingsThe purpose of the Whitepaper is to share with industry stakeholders the background of UAS (drone) based use cases, the capabilities and limitations of the technology, and the use cases they enable today as defined by the requirements of the ANSI/TIA- 222-H Standard. Additionally, the Whitepaper analyzes the 2022 NATE UAS Expo testing results with consideration of how those findings impact our current understanding of UAS applications in the telecommunications industry.
