Andy Page Lee has been in the telecommunications industry for 24 years. She is the Vice President of Operations and Co-Owner of Lee Antenna & Line Service, Inc., in Springtown, Pennsylvania. She is a proud 21 year member of NATE -The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association and served two years on the Trade Show committee. During Andy’s tenure on the Trade Show Committee, she created and developed the Administrative Track for the annual conference to encourage increased women’s attendance and inclusivity.
Due to the success of the Administrative Track, she helped springboard that initiative into Women of NATE (WON) in 2016. As Chairwoman of Women of NATE for the past 5 years, she and her team developed a WON educational track, an annual WON Meet and Greet, a resource designation booth for the NATE annual conference, a Mentorship program, a monthly newsletter spotlighting women in the industry as well as educational stories and resources, quarterly virtual events, an education scholarship, and the Women of NATE Women’s Leadership Summit.
Andy has been a motivational speaker and writer for 26 years, for a variety of causes, but especially on Women’s Leadership issues, including creating and improving inclusive work environments, using voice more effectively, and work-life integration. She is also a writer, photographer, marathon runner, wife, mother, and advocate for those in chronic pain.
