The trainee instructors will teach in teams and will be supervised and evaluated by the Capital Safety instructor. This will provide the certification of the trainees and will serve a practical purpose of having site personnel trained under the supervision of Capital Safety. How could this training program be improved? I have been through more certifications and classes that I have years on my life and this class is at the top of my list for quality and professionalism. There is nothing that I would change and there is nothing that I feel is lacking from this course. Capital Safety has not only the knowledge and experience, but also has great instructors that are passionate about what they are teaching and truly care about making the industry safer.
