 The NATE RTS is intended to establish a minimum baseline of knowledge and skills needed for employees performing material rigging operations on antenna supporting structures. The RTS offers support to an employer’s development and maintenance of its Rigging Training Program to comply with the ANSI/ASSP A10.48-2023 standard. The RTS document presents a series of training topics, establishing a minimum baseline of knowledge and skill that a technician engaging in material rigging should possess.
