Victor has worked in telecommunications construction since 1981, and he co-founded Green Mountain Communications in 1993. He got his start the way many Green Mountain employees get theirs — climbing towers. Victor has fostered an environment for employees to excel in their knowledge in order to provide excellent customer service. Victor’s vision of delivering exceptional service, integrating the most advanced technologies, and supporting customers through end-to-end communication solutions provides a foundation for the company and guides the Green Mountain team every day.
Victor’s work in the telecommunications construction industry has taken him all over the country, from Maine to California. He’s happy to call New England home and to play an important role in keeping local communities safe and connected.
In addition to his leadership of Green Mountain, Victor is the chairman of NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association. He serves as the Board Oversight for the Trade Show committee and the Legislative and Regulatory committee for NATE. He is also the vice chairman and a member of the Advisory Committee for the Tower Family Foundation, and a Board of Director member for the National Wireless Safety Alliance. Victor is the president of the Back Bay Hockey Association and the Back Bay delegate to the New Hampshire Amateur Hockey Association, as well as the president of Friends of Pop Whalen.
