Ted has 46 plus years of experience in tower/antenna telecommunications infrastructure. This includes project management, strategic planning, business development, field operations and facility management experience in high tech broadcast, telecommunications and aviation safety technology. He has managed multiple projects from technological concept through to fully operational status both nationally and internationally. He has collaborated with all levels of corporate management, local, state and federal governmental agencies as well as contractors, engineers and suppliers.
In March 2025, Ted joined Premier Construction as a Project Manager.
Bartlett is the State Liaison for Vermont.
