Ross Royer is co-owner of TowerMRL, Inc. and RJ Environmental LLC. He has been married for 21 years and has two children. He attended Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts and earned a BS in Civil Engineering in 1990. He started out his career working for a handful of local and national environmental and geotechnical engineering and consulting firms. He worked his way up from field engineer to Client Manager.

He started TMRL and RJ Environmental in 2005. TMRL joined NATE in 2006 and he and his associates at TMRL have been active members ever since. TMRL is a national tower service company with divisions in tower construction and modifications as well as site and vegetation management. RJ Environmental also serves the tower industry in handling environmental compliance issues as they arise at individual sites across the country.
