Wireless Construction’s Safety Manager Nick Cates started as a tower hand in 2008 and has excelled throughout his career as foreman, specialist and project manager. He dedicates himself to all aspects of the projects and always puts safety first. Nick believes one of the most important outlooks on everyday is staying Positive. “Positivity creates its own fortune.” When Nick isn’t at work he enjoys his time with his wife and kids, mountain biking, skiing and hiking.

Nick is the Competent Climber/ Rescue Trainer through Comtrain, rigging trainer through Safety LMS, NWSA TTT1 + TTT2 Practical Examiner and Aerial Boom Trainer. Nick is also a Registered Maine Guide who enjoys taking clients on recreational adventures and hunting trips.
