On Site Registration
(February 16, 2025 through February 20, 2025)

One-Day Pass
(Valid Monday, February 17, 2025, Tuesday, February 18, 2025 or Wednesday, February 19, 2025)
Member – $309.00 | Non-Member – $499.00
The One-Day Pass is valid only on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday and includes all functions for that day only.
Exhibit Hall Only Pass
Free of Charge
The Exhibit Hall Pass is valid for the exhibit hall only on Tuesday and/or Wednesday during exhibit hall hours. *Does not include educational sessions, beverage breaks, luncheons, and receptions.
Military Pass
All active and former United States military personnel are eligible for a $25.00 discount on your registration rate. Please call the NATE office at 605-882-5865 to receive your discount code.
Full Conference Registration Includes:
One full-conference registration fee provides attendees access to educational sessions*, exhibit hall, beverage breaks, luncheons, receptions, and many other networking opportunities throughout the four-day event.
Note: All Full Conference or One-Day Only Attendee Badges will have the opportunity to attend the Luncheons. Luncheons are seated on a first come, first served basis and can accommodate up to 1,000 attendees. Healthy concession style food, beverages and snacks will also be available for purchase in the Main Street Lobby from 7:00 AM-2:00 PM.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS:
Registration fees are non-refundable. Substitutions within the same company are free of charge. Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time. *No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the exhibit hall or in any sessions, luncheons, or receptions.
