This questionnaire will be used to make potential matches based on development goals and interests. Upon a possible match, all identifying information will be removed from the questionnaire and sent to both the possible mentor and mentee to confirm this would indeed be a good match.
Current NATE members (both men and women) are needed to formulate a mentor pool. Mentors will then be matched with interested NATE members. A limited number of mentee applicants will be accepted based on the number of mentor applications. If the mentee applicants exceed what the program can accommodate, a lottery will be held with each applicant to ensure fair participation opportunities for all.
Mentoring matches will be made and introduction emails, best practices of mentoring document and a goal worksheet will be sent. From this point, participants will decide how and when to conduct a mentoring call or meeting and mentoring will begin. The WON Mentorship Subcommittee is available for any questions to help ensure this process is smooth and easy.
