NATE released the Guy Anchor Surface Inspection and Report document for owners, managers and field staff to utilize. A Dig-to-block inspection is currently the only method of verifying the integrity of the guy anchor and is the recommended method in the absence of an existing dig-to-block inspection. Refer to NATE’s Anchor Inspection/Safe to Climb Guideline on performing surface inspections if a Dig-to-block is not being performed.
