Make your NATE profile work harder for you and your employees.

Updating your NATE member profile and asking your employees to update theirs is the key to targeted information, tailored resources, better industry connections and tools on the go.

Update your member profile to receive communications you care about and build your network. The more we know about you, the more you can access relevant information and connect with industry professionals like yourself. 

Look at your existing profile and make sure all the information we have is up to date. Plus, fill out your bio, job title, email, address, phone number, social media profiles, gender, and add a photo! Utilize everything NATE has to offer and unlock more possibilities.

How do I update my profile?

Step 1: Log into your account on members.natehome.com. Not sure if you have an account? Choose Forgot username to search for your account.

Step 2: Choose “Member Services” in the navigation. You’ll find “My Membership Profile” in the dropdown.

Step 3: Click on “My Membership Profile” and start editing your profile! You can add your job title, email, address, company website, social media links, about yourself and a photo. Simply click the pen icon to add your information, type it in and click Save.

NATE Organization Admins – Connect your employees to NATE.

Don’t keep NATE tools to yourself or just in the office. Make sure your team has access to NATE anytime, anywhere by setting up member profiles. 

How do you set up accounts for your team? 

Step 1: Click on the organizational name under “My Membership Profile” to access your organizational information.

Step 2: Navigate to the Contacts tab, click “Add Contact” to add any additional employees to your organizational information.

Simply complete the information requested and submit it for each of your employees. Make sure you save each account username and password to share with your employees. 

Please note that upon creating a new account, access may initially be limited until their member status is verified and updated, which may take up to 48 hours. If you need immediate access, contact Member Services Manager Jill Rethke at [email protected]

Once your employees’ accounts are set up, they can update their profile and add additional information such as their job title, email, address, bio, and more. The more information they provide, the more targeted information they can receive and better connections they can make. Give them the tools to succeed and leverage all NATE has to offer.
