(Findlay, OH) – NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association and member companies Crown Castle and FordCom Tower Service LLC hosted Congressman Bob Latta at a communications tower in the 5th Congressional District of Ohio on Friday, September 2, 2022.

During the site visit, Congressman Latta toured a communications tower site with event participants from Crown Castle and FordCom Tower Service LLC to learn how infrastructure companies, contractors, and technicians build, maintain, and deploy communications sites and related wireless/broadband infrastructure that bring connectivity to residents and businesses.

Congressman Latta also heard directly from representatives of Crown Castle about the shared communications infrastructure they deploy, which gives businesses and residents access to essential data, technology, and wireless service.

The event also provided an invaluable forum for Congressman Latta to discuss his legislative priorities given that he serves as the Ranking Member of the House Energy & Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology which has extensive authority over many of the issues impacting our industry.

Becky Hussey from Crown Castle, Brian Indovina from Crown Castle, Brian Ford from FordCom Tower Service LLC, and Brent Ford from FordCom Tower Service LLC served as the primary on-site contacts at the event.

“Crown Castle is honored that Congressman Latta visited our tower to discuss how towers are an essential component of the infrastructure in Ohio, helping to connect 79% of the state’s residents for their daily needs – working, learning, healthcare, and public safety,” said Owen Deneny, Vice President of Construction Services, Crown Castle.
