NATE Launches New Association 401K Retirement Benefits Program for Member Companies
Partnership with VisionPoint Advisory Group and Newport to Provide Association’s Member Companies Access to Small Business-Friendly TrueCourse 401K Pooled Employer Plan
(Watertown, SD) – NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association today announced the launch of a new 401K Retirement Benefits Pooled Employer Plan for member companies.
NATE, in partnership with VisionPoint Advisory Group and Newport, will offer the TrueCourse 401K Pooled Employer Plan to the Association’s member companies. This innovative plan will allow employers, particularly small businesses, to band together to offer highly customized retirement plans, achieve better pricing and reduce administrative burdens. The TrueCourse 401K Pooled Employer Plan is also an attractive benefit for NATE member companies to include as part of their employee compensation package that can play a key role in recruiting and retaining talented employees.
“The Association is pleased to officially launch this exciting new retirement benefits program,” said Member Services Coordinator Jill Rethke. “NATE is laser-focused on providing new member benefits that will provide our member companies with tangible cost-savings, and this program certainly fits that bill.
