NATE Statement on D.C. Circuit Court Ruling Upholding Key Wireless Infrastructure Deployment Reforms

(Washington, D.C.) – NATE today issued a statement in the aftermath of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit’s rulings related to the FCC’s March 2018 infrastructure decision:

“As an organization consisting of over 900 companies encompassing all 50 states, today’s D.C. Circuit Court decision affirming important provisions like the streamlined review processes and restricting upfront fees for wireless infrastructure facilities is great news. NATE members are on the front lines of the network densification and 5G deployment phase and today’s D.C. Circuit decision upholding these key reforms will serve to expedite the installation for next generation wireless deployments in the United States to the benefit of American businesses and consumers.”
