OSHA Relations Committee Update
As I prepare for the NATE 2004 Conference and Exposition, I find myself reflecting on: How are we doing? Are we safer, as an industry now, than before?
How do we answer these questions, from an industry perspective? Chronicle the empirical data as printed or reported? Or should we reduce the matter to statistics? Which approach will yield an unbiased answer or draw a conclusion that is based on sound scientific research?
I quote a good friend of mine who believes "numbers tortured long enough will confess to any crime".

Safety & Education Committee Update
It is a changing industry!
Any company in the tower business today will tell you things have changed drastically in the last 2 years.
